Trainer's Eligibility Requirements & Terms

Deemed AcceptanceIf you are reading these policies & tems of employment (including part time or full time employment or corp to corp relationship for kids training with MindsAhead Academy LLC or MindsAhead LLC hereafter called MindsAhead for trainer terms) and pursuing the candidature with MindsAhead then you provide deemed acceptance to MindsAhead with the following terms or other terms as published on this website elsewhere including terms as presented you in form of printed material

Work StatusValid work status in USA

Soft Skills DesiredGood communication skills, positive attitude to learn

children FriendlyAll is needed is love for kids

TrainingOpen for training

Background CheckOpen for background check and provides consent for getting background check by MindsAhead.

Drug Test AcceptanceOpen for drug test if required or desired by management

Non-SmokingPreferably non-smoking so that children get clean and complete non-smoking enviornment

All Liability ReleaseFully liable for any misconduct, misbehavior or racial comments in side the premises and hold MindsAhead, its business associates, directors and other staff harmless

Health DisclosuresMaintains good health conditions and disclose upfront any chronic health condition if known at the time of application, which may be detrimental to children at learning centers. If applicant pursues the candidature after knowing this term then its considered that candidate has accepted this term and shall disclose any previous or current diseases to management of MindsAhead.

Training Charges Candidate appreciates the time and effort required to train candidate and if MindsAhead LLC decides to waive training fee to any candidate then it is deemed accepted by candidate that he or she will have to pay a training fee as decided by MindsAhead, if candidate leaves the assignment of trainer before completion of 200 hours of kids training.

Willing Pursuing relationship with MindsAhead No promises or representations have been made to candidate for trainer to induce them to read or accept terms displayed here or presented in form of a printed medium.

No WaiverNo waiver of any provision of the terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is in writing, signed by the management for whom it is asserted, and any such written waiver shall only be applicable to the specific instance to which it relates and shall not be deemed to be a continuing or further waiver.

Change in Terms and ConditionsMindsAhead reserves the right to change the terms and conditions mentioned here at any time with or without notice. All are encouraged to visit this page to view the updated terms and conditions. MindsAhead will also put reasonable efforts to inform to all concerned however does not provide any guarantee to inform all concerned people.

Proprietary Information All work produced while working with MindsAhead such as design, techniques, methodology, concepts, courses, curriculum, books, abacus design etc is completely owned by MindsAhead and MindsAhead can copy right, register as trade marks or pursue for future usage

ConfidentialityMaintains confidentaility and will not use the material of MindsAhead for any personal gains or personal gains of any one other than MindsAhead unless taken written permission from MindsAhead. Candidate appreciates time and efforts required to train a resource for a specialized course like Brainobrain. Therefore candidate will maintain strict confidentiality of course, curriculum, materialistic information, concept etc unless otherwise required as per law.

Photograph ConsentProvides consent for individual or team photographs as trainer of Brainobrain USA or otherwise but not limited to such as staff of MindsAhead

Truthful information and disclosures about terms mentioned hereCandidate will provide correct and truthful information about himself or herself. Please disclose any relevant information as per points mentioned here or as per our written terms.

Quick Remedy incase of breach or issueAny issue first to be brought into notice of MindsAhead for quick resolution and immediate correction unless otherwise required by law

Law of LandCandidate will do business as per state and federal laws
